Unknown Polish Hospital

As we hurtled through woodland the light was fading fast and our 'guides' Land rover  was beginning to display signs of the drivers fatigue. The road was poorly maintained and as we rounded a bend the Landy literally disappeared across the left hand carriageway and up a dirt track. Our trusty rental followed a split second later. At the top of the track was a turning circle, litter lay strewn everywhere and to our right was a small cemetery. Both vehicles turned round only to find a police car blocking our exit. We thought we were about to be 'spoken to' for our erratic driving (how long had they been behind us?), instead the occupants of the Land rover were asked if they'd been stealing radiators from the hospital. "What hospi ....... Oh, THAT hospital! In all the excitement we'd failed to see the huge brick and concrete building nestled in the woodland. With the police satisfied that we were not land pirates  we all headed round to the gate house, we were introduced along with the others to the security guard and told to basically 'fill our boots!! Now it's one thing to be inside a derelict  hospital, it's quite another to be inside a derelict hospital, in Poland, in the pitch black with a group of people you have only just met with the police sat outside. Again, the curse of the new (what does this button do) Nikon means my pictures are few and certainly mediocre.
